CMI In-floor safe providing the ultimate security
In the last 35 years, Safeguard Safes has sold hundreds of in-floor safes, They are also known as inground safes and under floor safes. These are one of the most popular safes amongst our customers for their high level of security and their ability to stay hidden under the floor. If the criminal can not locate your safe, he will be unable to get into the safe to steal your precious and expensive assets. However, as the number of safe manufacturers decreased in recent years, the models available are also less than before, and customers are having more questions about the in-floor safes but not sure where to start. Every now and then, we get enquiries from our Customer asking for an extremely secure under-floor safe, and the best choice, in our professional opinion, are in floor safes made by CMI, especially the CMI Seca infloor safe shown in the image below, it is extremely difficult to break in, that some people consider this as an uncrackable safe.

The CMI Seca floor safe has some great features as well as some flaws. The spherical door of the safe might make placing and removing bulky things difficult. Unfortunately, there is no digital locking option because the locking mechanism does not operate with digitals. Drilling or brutal force attacks are, however, impossible due to the door’s extreme thickness. Sledge hammers can be used to break open others in ground floor safes. This attack method will only work if the criminals first locate the safe, and if the safe door is only 10 or 12mm thick.
As you can see in the image, the CMI Seca in-floor safe has a long neck. This requires a longer arm to reach and access, but it also provides better protection in a burglary attack. The safe’s body is buried even deeper beneath the concrete. Criminals would have to dig out the concrete first, then they would have to break into the heavy steel top of the safe before they can get access to the safe. This is extremely difficult. Many other safes only have a 3mm thick body, the CMI Seca has a 10mm thick body, making it hard to cut or chisel through.
