COMPLETE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SERVICE:
Prior arrangement can be organised with Safeguard Safes licensed safe technicians on 1300 764 971. The safe is delivered to site, offloaded and then manoeuvred to your desired location where our safe technicians will professionally install your safe as per manufacturer standards.
DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING TO YOUR DOOR – TAILGATE LIFTER:
The safe is delivered to site, offloaded and taken into your premises then maneuvered to your desired location where our professional safe installers will secure your safe as previously arranged by Safeguard Safes. For more details, ring 1300 764 971.
DELIVERY TO SITE ONLY:
It is the client’s responsibility to unload the safe off the truck. The client must be mindful of the weight and size of the safe to determine if they have the capabilities to lift the safe off the truck and maneuver the safe inside the premises to its final location to have it installed to manufacturer standard. (It is crucial the safe is professionally installed. Failure to do so may affect the optimal security level of the safe, hence affecting your insurance policy.) DELIVERY & OFFLOADING TO YOUR DOOR – TAILGATE:
The safe is delivered outside of your front door only, no allowance for stairs or steps, and based on ground level access only. The access must be a paved driveway or pathway with a sealed surface. If the road isn’t sealed, it may be a curbside delivery.
It is the client’s responsibility to move the safe into the premises and maneuver it into its final position and install it. It is important for the client to be aware of the weight and size of the safe, so the receiver needs to have the capabilities and equipment to move the safe. LOADING DOCK DELIVERY:
Your safe will be delivered to a loading dock, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure they have informed and booked the loading dock area prior to our arrival. All loading dock deliveries need to be arranged with Safeguard Safes prior. Please call us on 1300 764 971.
PICK UP DIRECTLY FROM ONE OF OUR WAREHOUSE OUTLETS – AUSTRALIA WIDE:
The client picks up the safe directly from one of our warehouse outlets when prior arrangements have been made. It is the obligation of the client to be aware and mindful of the weight and size of the safe to make sure they have the capabilities to pick up the unit and safely and securely transport it.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES:
Our Delivery Cost Estimator will calculate the charge to deliver the safe to your post code area taking in consideration of the safes weight and dimensions, it also allows the associated costs where the safe requires pick up from the freight depot as a result of the safe being forwarded to the depot from one of our warehouse outlets. Transport freight costs can alter and final charges will be finalised at the point of sale.
At the checkout, the customer is required to select if the delivery address is residential or business. “Residential” must be selected for shipments to homes or private residences, including locations where a business is operated from a home. OUR RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
It is the obligation of the purchaser when selecting a safe to be aware and mindful of the items weight, measurements and specification details. It is important that the purchaser thoroughly assess in detail the safe selected prior to including it to the shopping cart and completing the sales order.
Safeguard Safes reserve right to make a decision on whether to accept a return for a replacement item of equal or greater cost only. The purchaser is liable for any further freight costs. It is important to take note the purchaser is required to alert Safeguard Safes in writing within 24 hours of receiving the safe to be eligible for a return exchange consideration.
If the purchaser finds a defect or fault with the safe you are required to notify Safeguard in writing within 48 hours of taking possession of item. Contact Us. We will inspect the problem and if your item is found to be defective/faulty the item will be replaced with the exact same item.
Goods must be returned in its original box with all associated accessories and product to be undamaged, and a proof of purchase receipt must be provided.
If the wrong product is received Safeguard Safes must receive notification in writing within 24 hours, the said product must remain intact and unused in its original box with all accessories and no damage. It will be arranged to be collected and at the same time the correct product will be dropped off if stock is available.
Safeguard Safes reserves the right to charge a 20% handling and re-stocking fee at our discretion for goods returned or incorrectly ordered by the customer.
Items damaged or lost becomes the liability of the purchaser once goods have left our premises. We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of the goods is late or any loss, theft or damage to the items after they have left our warehouse. Shortages or damages must be notified within 48 hours in writing of receiving items so as we may assist in pursuing the issue. Safeguard Safes transports and freights by the safest and secured methods but takes no responsibility for any damage or loss once good leave our premises. This liability becomes that of the purchasers.
