This blog talks about three of the securam versions being the Securam Safelogic, the Securam Prologic and the Securam Scanlogic which are all very popular securam digital models used throughout the world .
Securam Safelogic
Securam Safelogic Series includes the Securam Safelogic Basic, the Securam Safelogic Toplit, the Securam Safelogic Backlit, and the Securam Safelogic Xtreme.
- Securam Safelogic Basic
The Securam Safelogic Basic model is an easy, simple and reliable electronic digital keypad that allows for entering your 6 digit unique code and then turning the safe handle to open. The keypad programming allows you to change the codes, add users, and delete users. The Safelogic can feature 2 codes being a manager code and a user code. It is powered simply by a 9 volt battery.Other security functions in the securam safelogic include a 5 minute penalty lockout feature that works on 4 incorrect code entries and the safelogic automatically goes into lockout mode for a set amount of time. Also a reset button is present to set the digital lock back to a standard factory default code.
- Securam Safelogic Toplit
Securam offers the Securam Safelogic Toplit, which is a version featuring Securam top lighting for improved access in dimly lit locations. The safelogic is simple and easy to use, just enter the six digit code on the digital keypad and turn the safe handle to open. The programmable keypad allows easy code changes, additions or deletions. The Securam Safelogic Toplit is powered by a 9 volt alkaline battery which can be changed with the following simple steps: turning the entry pad ring counter clockwise would slide the battery out of its compartment. The Securam toplit features a manager code and a user code and comes with bright led top light. This high quality digital lock has a 5 minute penalty lockout mode in the event of 4 incorrect codes being entered, the keypad would become inoperative for 5 minutes.The securam safelogic backlit version is an entry keypad that features backlighting, making access easy in dimly lit areas. The security functions include personal 6 digit code to enter the safe. This digital locking mechanism has a simple programming feature that allows you to change the code, add users or delete users, and is available with a feature to enable & disable functions. The securam logic back lit has 2 codes, a master code and a servant code. It incorporates a 5 minute wrong try penalty code, so if 4 incorrect entries are made the lockout mode activates. The backlighting comes into operation by pressing any keypad button that activates the lighting.
- Securam Safelogic Xtreme
The Securam Safelogic Xtreme electronic lock is the flagship version. It is an extremely advanced electromechanical safe locking system that offers emp protection. The Securam Safelogic Xtreme has a push button code entry with a personal 6 digit code, it also has a spin dial access being a 3 wheel combination dial for extra security. The Securam Safelogic Xtreme keypad allows programming code changes, adding additional users or deleting existing users, and it has a backlit function for easy code entry in dark areas. It also features an instant auto lock which assures your safe is locked and secured at all times when not in use. The Xtremes keypad backlighting activates when pressing any keypad button.
A few other great security features the securam safelogic xtreme has is an instant auto lock facility , an estimated 10,000 plus openings on a standard 9 volt battery , penalty lockout / wrong try function of 4 minute delay upon 4 incorrect entries codes.
Securam Prologic
The Securam Prologic Series includes the Securam Prologic LO2 and Securam Prologic L22.
- Securam Prologic LO2
The Securam Prologic LO2 is a reliable electronic safe lock system that is ideal for commercial applications as it features the user-friendly securam backlit LCD screen. It makes it easy for viewing and programming even in the dark.The Securam prologic LO2 can be paired with 4 securam locking bodies including the securam swingbolt, securam deadbolt, securam springbolt and the securam strike bolt. All the securam locking bodies combined with the securam prologic LO2 keypad are simple to use. The digital lock on the prologic LO2 allows entry by keying in 6 digit code and simply turning the safe handle to open. The LCD menu system guides the user through entry and programming, this also applies to other functions such as a time delay that prompts the user of the time delay for access.
So to sum up, the securam prologic LO2 has 30 codes being 2 manager codes and 28 user codes. The manager code or master code has full programming management and control of the system. The prologic LO2 can be programmed with single or dual user control mode, it is incorporated with manager mode to turn on, turn off, add or delete user codes at anytime along with having a time delay functionality with allowance of 1-99 minute time delay feature and a programmable opening window of 1-15 minute option.
- Securam Prologic L22
The securam prologic L22 is an excellent choice for the commercial environments. It features time/date audit capabilities, and a backlit OLED screen keyboard for easy viewing and programming in dimly lit locations. It is simple to use, just enter your 6 digit private code and turn the safe handle to open. The OLED screens menu system directs users through access and programming procedures and provides a full view audit trail records on the screen.The securam prologic L22 has 30 codes which includes 2 controlling master codes or manager codes. These two codes operate as a master code for programming and managing the user codes. In addition to this, the Prologic L22 has 200 time/date audit trail capabilities viewable on the screen with single or dual control mode. Time delay functionality is 1-99 minutes programmable with an opening time of 1-15 minutes, it also incorporates a time-delay override facility.
Other hi-tech advancement in this particular version of the Securam keypad lock include a recovery code to reset the lock back to a factory default code, duress feature, and master code to enable and disable user code.

The Securam Scanlogic includes the Securam Scanlogic D66 and the Securam Scanlogic Swipe Biometric.

The Securam Scanlogic D66 is a bio metric safe lock that is ideal for commercial applications as it features an optical fingerprint authentication function and a 1000 event audit reporting program. The scanlogic D66 can be paired with four Securam lock bodies. The available options are a deadbolt type, spring bolt type, strike bolt type and swing bolt type.The Securam Safelogic basic keypad is simple and easy to use, all you need to do is place your pre-programmed finger on the optical reader and turn the safe handle to open the safe. The programming of the scanlogic allows for an easy fingerprint enrollment process and the opening is available with fingerprint and/or code. The Scanlogic D66 accommodates 30 fingerprints and 30 unique codes plus 1000 event dates and time stamped audit trails.

The Securam Scanlogic swipe features Securams semiconductor swipe fingerprint authentication system. You just simply swipe your pre programmed finger and unlock the safe by turning the handle.
